New Packing Plant - Project Progress
This is the last day packing with the "old" grader. Lenswood held a grower and staff BBQ to farewell the old grader.
Work on the new building extension commences.
Cam and Mike visit France to see the equipment in action.
Once complete, this will be the largest and most sophisticated packing line in the southern hemisphere!
The speed packing line enables fruit to be washed, waxed and dried before fruit is automatically transferred to cartons/crates via a suction cup system.
The second packing line can be used to pack fruit using three different processes.
